Send contracts and change orders for legally-binding e-signature directly from a Trussi.AI project, and track every envelope.
E-signature is one of the line items contractors most often find billed separately on a competing platform. In Trussi it is part of the plan, and it runs through DocuSign rather than a homegrown signing flow, so the audit trail is the one your insurer and your attorney already recognize.
Contracts and change orders are generated from the job, which means the customer name, address, scope, and price are populated from the project rather than retyped into a template. Send from the project, and the envelope status - sent, viewed, signed, declined - shows on the job so nobody has to check a separate inbox to know where a deal stands.
Signed documents file back to the project automatically, alongside the estimate they came from. Change orders behave the same way, which is what keeps the signed scope and the invoiced scope in agreement at the end of a job.

How to connect DocuSign
- 1Open Settings › Integrations and select DocuSign.
- 2Authorize with your DocuSign account.
- 3Map your contract and change order templates to Trussi job fields.
- 4Set the default signing order and who is copied on completion.
- 5Send a test envelope to yourself and confirm it files back to the job.
Connections are managed in Settings › Integrations by an account admin, and can be disconnected at any time without affecting the job history already in Trussi.
