Roofing teams rarely live in one calendar. Reps run their day out of Google Calendar on a phone, while production runs the crew board out of the CRM. When those two disagree, someone drives to an inspection that moved.
The two way sync keeps them in agreement. Appointments and job schedules created in Trussi appear on the right Google Calendar, and changes made on either side propagate to the other. Because it is two way, a rep who reschedules from their phone between appointments does not have to remember to update the office.
Sync is scoped per user, so a rep sees their own appointments and the crew calendars they are assigned to rather than every event in the company.

How to connect Google Calendar
- 1Open Settings › Integrations and select Google Calendar.
- 2Each user authorizes their own Google account.
- 3Choose which Trussi event types sync to which calendar.
- 4Decide whether sync is one way from Trussi or two way.
- 5Create a test appointment and confirm it appears on both sides.
Connections are managed in Settings › Integrations by an account admin, and can be disconnected at any time without affecting the job history already in Trussi.
